The room was very different to the photo we booked online. It was extremely dirty and in all honestly a risk to public health and had to leave and book another hotel 2 hours after arriving. Not okay

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The room was disgusting. There were stains on my sheets and on the walls, a cheese roll wrapper on the fire alarm and the bathroom wasn’t very clean either
Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t believe the photos, my first room didn’t even have a mirror and the second room had a bug infestation and I left as soon as I saw the bugs. No hair dryer like in the pictures. Woken up by the smell of neighbouring rooms smoking cigarettes at 4am. Everything is broken or worn down and filthy, the common areas besides reception seem like they were never cleaned my entire stay. I saw bags of rubbish in the stairwell for over a day. No matter how cheap it is don’t stay here, worst travel experience of my life
Very noisy,the carpet was disgusting,the whole floor I was staying had a bad odour.
I asked for an extra blanket at reception as I was unwell,was told he would drop it too my room.It didn’t arrive.when I checked out Iwasn’t asked if I enjoyed my stay I don’t think they cared. Toilet facilities all worked but very basic. I will never stay here again
I just needed an overnight stay that had privacy, ensuite facilities with comfort , 24 hour reception for early checkout as I had a very early surgical appointment at the hospital and the most affordable accomodation in the central city. Easy access to the Britomart public transport and plenty of food options available for dinner nearby.-so convenient in the city I will use again.
