No-one at reception... Working remotely. Disappointing in that I couldn't get local info from reception. Missing crockery and utensils. Safe was inaccessible as it was locked before we arrived. Previous user left rubbish in the under bench bin.. This should not have been there. Bedroom light flashed when turned on. The freezer box desperately requires defrosting ... These should have been checked and rectified after each booking. The accessibility shower was great, but the bathroom tiles became very slippery from condensation making it dangerous for people with disabilities. When I rang the remote worker they offered to send someone in to sort issues, but we were heading out and uncertain of our return time, so advised them this was just to let them know these issues needed to be dealt to. The unit was warm, quiet, and clean (apart from someone else's rubbish not being removed). It was very convenient for our early morning appointments. I would seriously consider booking here again.

The property was easy to get to, ample parking for everyone. Staff member on check in was nice, check in was easy and upon arrival the room was in good order. Unfortunately there were a few issues. Firstly a previous occupant had broken a bed leg and once found it was easy enough to wedge into the right spot (wouldn't screw in though). Next , one of the curtains had been torn where the hook was meant to go, so it was difficult to close. Next, after the first night, none of the used towels were removed or replaced and the bin was not emptied, luckily we managed to catch a staff member before she went home to get a couple of clean towels. Checking out in the morning after the second night, the office was still closed and curtained at 10am, but a box was provided to drop off keys. Seemed like there was an issue with staffing unfortunately this weekend.

Paid for extra person but there was only 4 of everything. Cups cutlery chairs etc.Dirty bathroom. Bed only half made. No extra towels or pillows.No complimentary milk Could'nt contact managers. Nearby room noisy all night. Very bad experience for the price

$30 charge for dishes
Something to watch out for here, in the small print on a4 page in room is a note saying $30 charge if you don't do your dishes. This worries me as how do i know that last person did the dishes hygienically and didn't just rise and put away. 1st time i have seen this sort of note and fee..

Very convenient location. Stayed in a ground floor 1 bedroom unit and it was very tidy with everything we needed. Bedroom was dark and quiet however, 1 minor flaw was my Mum used the bed in the lounge and found the outside light annoying and she could hear the road noise, HOWEVER, she was still very impressed with the unit and we would definately stay here again. The towels were so thick and soft, sheets were lovely too. The receptionist was very friendly.

Noisy units yelling and screaming until 11.30 pm stomping and slamming doors. Got feeling it was part filled with community housing. If had known no one on site and community house wouldn't have stayed. Will never stay again

Stayed one night in a family unit to break up our journey south, beautiful accommodation and very clean and quiet. The host had the key ready and waiting for us, and fixed the tv in the unit when requested. Lovely to have a decent kitchen and big bathroom too. Room was very spacious. Only issue was the fan in the bathroom didn't go!
