The room was very dated and not very clean. Furniture chipped and tiles broken in bathroom. Did not agree that it was a superior room at all. Did not bother to check 2nd guest in so am unsure if a fire occurred they would have know who was staying in the hotel

Room is very dated. Watermarks on furniture. Only one chair in a room with two double beds. Signs of poor repairs in bathroom (ceiling and porcelain) and PowerPoint coming away from wall. Beds were clean but linen very threadbare. Beds extremely soft. Room was very hot and stuffy and ventilation was poor, too noisy to have it on at night.

Communication barriers. Mould on bathroom tiles and bathmat. Drinking glasses placed next to toilet. Hair on bedspread, and in bathroom. Only one roll of toilet paper. Fridge had a a strong, unpleasant odour which tainted items. No bible in draw. Comfortable beds. Great room service.

Yes, room was clean but feel it is time to invest in new mattress. The restaurant within was great comfort for us. Hotel staff are courteous and friendly and yes, we will surely consider Copthorne should future travels take us back here.

Room was beautiful, stunning view. Could have another comfy chair. Room wasn’t “spotless” I found a couple of stray hairs in the bathroom. But I just washed them away. Otherwise it was good oh and having no parking was a bit disappointing.

Check in staff tried hard - conflict with reservation cause for serious frustration Restaurant staff not well trained - poor service Elevators and room were not clean . Facilities in need of some TLC, broken chair , ripped carpet in our room . Over rated relative to other hotels we’ve stay in NZ and AU.
