Heating for cooler temperatures and a fan for balmy evenings are provided.

Enjoy a park-view breakfast at the gorgeous Cornwall Park Café, a picturesque 10min stroll away. The local favourite cafe has a superb all-day breakfast menu featuring your breakfast favourites: house-made muesli, toasted bagels and a hearty big breakfast with all the trimmings. They also have a strong cabinet game with fresh muffins, scones, cakes and sandwiches on offer. Where possible, the café uses ingredients sourced from Cornwall Park’s farm and their herb gardens. If you have a sweet-tooth, be sure to order a deconstructed hot chocolate.

A kitchenette with hot/cold portable water, microwave, toaster and basic cooking tools is available for guest use in the adjacent shared-laundry space. Please request use of the kitchenette and laundry area for access to be provided. A coffee & tea station provides you with the convenience of hot drinks and a snack in room. Glassware including 2 wine glasses are available for your use. Plates and cutlery are provided should you wish to enjoy Uber Eats or a take-out meal. Cooking in the guest suite with a portable cooker is not permitted.

A large umbrella is provided with the room so you can enjoy the outdoors, rain or shine!

Laundry facilities (front-loader washing machine and clothes line, and iron) are available to use upon request. A handheld garment steamer is provided for your use in the room.

In the 2 levels above the ground floor guest room, our family resides - myself, two school aged kids and a boisterous Burmese cat.
