Best Western Newmarket is very convenient if yiou have work in the area. Lots of good food options nearby and easy access to both the motorway and airport. TVs are very slow but the rooms are clean and well maintained.

The staff did not offer to assist me with luggage up the steps. The room was dingy and unclean. There was a random step into the shower which poses a health and safety risk. For $190 it was very basic.

We recently stayed here and while it was fine for one night I wouldn’t want to spend any more than that. We were in the old room, it had a musty smell, a splatter of something on the roof which looked pretty gross, a weird step to the shower which we kept stubbing our toes on when opening the bathroom door and the TV kept buffering so we were unable to watch anything. Wasn’t really up to our standards unfortunately.

We were upgraded to a room in the new building. The room was clean & modern but it was quite small. The staff were friendly. Breakfast had a good selection to choose from.

This is a great place to stay, warm, comfortable beds, great water pressure for a nice shower. I didn’t have my own transportation, so was further away from shops. Would book a Car next time I stay. Definitely be back! Thank you
