Renovated 3 bedroom bottom floor apartment in the heart of Grey Lynn. Modern styling & immaculate interior. Its a great weekend away - suitable for families, couples, and singles. If you love inner city living, less than 4km from everything including Eden Park, Zoo, Motat, Western Springs, Ponsonby and Ak CBD makes it the perfect pad to help you enjoy a holiday, business trip or weekender all while checking out Auckland's tourism destination.

Please note that apartment is the entire bottom level of the villa. Soundproofing has been a priority with the installation of a double flooring containing soundproofing insulation inbetween.

Our feedback tells us that guests prefer to use the office space as well. Sofa bed can be made up at your discretion linen provided in the laundry linen cupboard.
