The only good thing about this hotel is that it is not far from the airport and offers a free shuttle. Price is a bit cheaper than others in the same area. Rooms are not clean, I had to request to change linen in my room. Lined were delivered to my room but I had to change beds myself because service person just left without saying anything. Many things in the room were broken. Do not eat food in their restaurant!!! When it was served to us for dinner it was cold and stale. Table cloth and glasses were dirty. When waiter inquired about the food I told him it was horrible, he asked me if I wanted a desert. Obviously no one cares about customers experience there. I will never stay at this place again.

The lady on the reception desk was disinterested and rude. Happily the young man on the reception desk was pleasant and helpful. The tub is not safe to get in an out as the screen made it difficult to enter and there were no hand rails to support you getting in and out. You also had to be in the shower/tub to turn it on. The hotel appears to be needing serious renovation as the walls were chipped and the flooring looked dirty. The bed was comfortable and it was convenient to the airport for an overnight stay.

Staff were friendly upon checkin & checkout. Comfortable bed and great water pressure in shower. Would have been nice to have bigger cups in room and a teaspoon. We did dine in the restaurant and it was convenient however I think the waiter was new as he didn’t take away glasses or plates when bringing more.
