Check-In and Check-Out:

- Guests to provide expected check-out time(latest being 10 am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided (late check-outs without prior agreement will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental).

Amazing
Loved the location and access to shops. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The company was very accommodating to us requesting early check in and late check out. Thank you for making our visit memorable in visiting my grandsons and adult children. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location
In terms of location this was an excellent place for our group of 5 to stay. The place itself was very tired and there is some work to be done on the house. The kitchen floor and kitchen itself need some serious attention. The maintenance around the outside of the house was not good . A simple mowing of the lawns both inside and on the curb would have been nice. The rubbish bins were overflowing and looked like they hadn’t been cleared for sometime. Gardens needed weeding and the inside of the home had a distinct musty smell. Positives were, great pressure in shower, two toilets, proximity to Manukau city.

Close to Auckland and large shopping centres
The place is smaller that I expected with the bunks being in a tiny room. The Reno’s carried out on the property are abit poor in quality.
