On the heights of Aubres, typical village 3 km from Nyons and its shops, in a quiet environment among olive and apricot trees, cottage classified 4 stars 140 m² adjoining but independent of our housing on a fenced plot of 6500 m² . Breathtaking views of the Pre-Alps. Sports and cultural activities in the surroundings: hiking, swimming, cycling, old hilltop villages, Provençal markets, Rhone coastal wine cellars, festivals (Avignon, Orange chorégies).

On the ground floor :
Large bright living room thanks to huge bay windows,
Kitchen and dining area with access onto a large terrace,
Large comfortable lounge with TV and HiFi,
2 bedrooms with a bed of 2 people and direct access to the outside on a small terrace,
A bathroom shower WC,
A toilet,
And a laundry (washing machine and ironing).

Une vue magnifique 😀
Nous avons passé un we dans cette maison sur les hauteurs d’Aubres. La vue de la terrasse est splendide. La piscine a une taille convenable et le soleil réchauffe l’eau rapidement ! La maison surplombe un magnifique jardin dans lequel on a pu se promener ! Belle adresse à conserver !

Très belle location, les propriétaires sont très gentils et très discrets. Le gîte est très grand, fonctionnel, très bien équipé. Location parfaite pour se ressourcer et se reposer. Nous avons passé un excellent wk entre amis.
