Located in the heart of the Layon vineyard, in the charming village of Aubigné sur Layon, the "Grappe d'Or" cottage immerses you in the heart of the Loire Valley wine heritage where you can discover its many appellations (Coteaux du Layon, Rosé de Loire, Bonnezeaux, ...).

The cottage consists of a large, bright living room with a comfortable lounge, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, ...). A single-storey bedroom has a 140cmx190cm double bed and a small mezzanine (7m²) with two 90cmx190cm beds + 1 extra 90cmx190cm drawer bed.

On the ground floor there are two bathrooms with walk-in showers. :
A first with a walk-in shower and a second with a walk-in shower and toilet.
A laundry room and toilet are also on the ground floor.

Above the living room, the mezzanine offers:
- a sleeping area with a 140cmx190cm double bed in the alcove which is separated by a screen.
- a relaxation/reading area that can be used as additional beds (140cm BZ sofa + a 2x90cmx190cm trundle bed)
The mezzanine does not have shutters but blackout blinds.

On the garden side, you have access to a veranda as well as a small studio with a 140cm x 190cm bed, shower, sink and toilet.

In the summer, you can enjoy the private terrace and its garden furniture accessible from the living room. You also have the possibility to access the owners' garden from the veranda to enjoy the view of the surrounding vineyards, meet the goats and contemplate the landscaped pond and its fish.

The building has been completely renovated for your comfort and a programmable pellet stove with heat distribution throughout the accommodation allows you to enjoy a pleasant temperature all year round.
Towels and bed linen are provided. The beds are made upon your arrival.
Baby equipment available (deckchair, chair, changing table, bathtub, bed). Wi-Fi internet connection and charges included.

Located 1 hour from Puy du Fou and about thirty minutes from the banks of the Loire and Saumur, the cottage allows you to discover the great riches of Anjou: Loire castles, cellars, villages on the banks of the Loire, troglodyte sites, ... 4 adult bicycles are at your disposal to crisscross the roads of the Layon valley.
