The Chelsea tower is old and dirty. I even saw a roach in the bathe room the last day. At 9Am there was banging it sounded as if they were doing construction. I should off been made aware of it before I booked. The furniture is old. The bed was comfortable and the view of the ocean was nice.

I loved the resort and the amount of restaurants it gives you and the shopping stores and convenience stores. It was very clean in the resort and love how the scenery was and ambiance. The room was eh but it was okay. Our refrigerator was broken tried to get in contact with front desk or maintenance but no answer I was just tired it was one night. I didn’t make a big deal about it. Just used some ice from the ice machine for the ice bucket and called it a day.

My room smelled like mildew. When I took my shoes off the carpet was soaking wet. My socks had brown juice stained in them from stepping by the fridge. They came and put towels done. Elevators feel like death traps
