Tropicana is a great fun place to stay. Rooms are great. Restaurants are fantastic. Definitely try Wild Honey. Best Brisket ive ever had im my life. Recommend the Brisket Platter and cheesy corn bread for starter.

Low ceilings in hall. Stained carpet.we were in Chelsea. The flat sheets did not fit the king bed. The thin brown blanket didn't fit the bed. We had to walk from the 6th floor to the 12th for ice. The old abandoned lobby was wide open and unsafe. Anyone can ride the elevators to any level.

The Tropicana complex is showing it's age. Lots of little things could use freshening up, Our room had a big wet spot along the wall right when you walked in, it smelled musty and as if they tried to cover it up with a less-offensive air freshener... It wasn't awful, but one expects better.

Love this hotel but they charge extra for early check in which doesn’t make much sense. I was there 10 minutes earlier and it would have been $15. Should be a way the worker could override when you are closer to the time.
