The entertainment at the hotel is great for any age all ages however the hotel is outdated in most towers. Management really doesn’t care. They only want to comp you a $50 credit to our food voucher to your room. Things are falling off the walls in the west tower. Looks very old and outdated looks like a homeless person lived in the suite that I booked for over $600 for my 18 year’s birthday.

We upgraded our room and then we were given a dirty room, then a room that was handicapped accessible and smelled like cigarettes. Then given another room with none working keys. In total went to the front desk 4 times a total of 2 hours. Will never go again

Pleasant experience. PF Changs was a great dinner option. No real complaints with the exception of when i asked to stay another night they wanted to charge me 3×'s the amount of what i actually paid. I get it. Maximum profits. Overall great weekend getaway. I'll be back over the summer

Booked 2 nights, left after 1. The Chelsea tower is old, dingy, smelly, and dirty. That in addition to amenities not functioning and bums allowed to hang out in the hallway all night was just too much for us. We lost money but gained the peace of knowing that we did not have to worry about our health and safety for another night. Do better Tropicana. You should be ashamed.

There are a lot of options for dining and entertainment! Unfortunately, we stayed in the west tower and it was very old and outdated. In addition, there was consistent yelling and loud noises in the hallway throughout the night. We are all there to have a great time, however I think there should be quiet hours in the hotel….this would be a considerate policy for families or guest traveling that choose not to be up at 1A.
