We come often, because we have three little kids that love the super warm pool- warm enough for us adults to enjoy it. And we get good deals at the beginning of the week. It’s close enough to home to come for the night and we love it. This time was the only time I have anything to complain about- we were put right next to the elevator and it’s was sooo loud all night long and our smoke wreeked (sp?) of cigarettes and with three babies I was very upset. I don’t allow anyone to smoke near my babies and now the room was overwhelmingly gross with the smell. As an adult- I wouldn’t care but for the sake of the babies it’s not right. We never had any problems before.

This is a beautiful hotel but staff are not really into their jobs. The valet and bellmen were great and understaffed as usual. Once you enter no one to help you and your loss but assume to just take elevator up. Then upon arrival its a big place but no guidance and once at the line it was long. Staff doing their best but not much TLC. I was shocked they have no water or coffee making machine at the hotel! That is just wrong. Also, the most unsafe thing is the 2 guards at the entrance for hotel rooms didnt care, didnt look up and everyone and anyone walked right in. THAT IS UNSAFE. They dont care.

AC get away week
Our stay was nice. Not happy with the car valet and bell hop . We asked the car valet for a bird cage so we can have something for our laugage and loose items. He looked confused so I asked another attendant and had no clue what I was talking about. We made our long way to the check in counter where the lady that helped me was very nice. I told her the story and she said our Bell hops are right here ready to help all the valet needed todo was call. .

Well deserved mini vacation

This is my 4th stay at Ocean and I am never disappointed. We booked the 1bdrm suite and the view was stupendous! Our shower was missing shower gel but as soon as we called, housekeeping bright it right up! The view from the room is just amazing! Looking forward to my next stay!
