Great place for the money. Staff was great, room was stocked and room and property were clean. Free parking was appreciated. I only noted 2 small issues, which were not deal breakers: 1) room deodorizer at check in (Febreze or the like) was really overpowering, and 2) exterior light shone brightly through glass portion of exterior door at night which was a challenge for someone like me who prefers total darkness when trying to sleep. I am not sure I would book a prolonged trip at this establishment for these reasons, but for a quick trip, it was fine.

Ocean 7 is at a very convenient location right at the boardwalk. Some units are nicer than others. The downfall is the bathrooms are soo small you just about fit in it. The furniture is different in each unit. Some nicer than others. The staff and service was great.

Our first impression of the room was that it was absolutely cute! Bright colors and coastal theme. The room was clean, bright and larger than I expected. The kitchenette was lovely and to have a full size coffee maker in the morning was a treat. This was our first time staying at Ocean 7 and we will definitely be staying there again. I recommend this place highly. If you have children the pool is a nice size but you are responsible for minding your own children, there is no lifeguard. When we got to our room there was a book on the dresser. that I suppose came from the chamber of commerce. This book had beautifully taken pictures & and helped us form a game plan for our weekend.

Staff was very nice. Seems to be trained well and efficient. Property is right next to the boardwalk and the beach so super convenient to not worry about parking. 4 floors- access via elevator. Room was clean with a nice little kitchenette. Air conditioner worked great.

The Pros for this property first and foremost, Location, Location. We opted to stay on 4th floor with water view. Had a beautful view of the ocean and the price was great. Stepping outside of hotel, the ramp up onto the boardwalk were just steps away-awesome. The staff were very nice, helpful. The hotel is older and the room was quite small but had eveything we needed. I would recommned bringing a pillow as theirs were quite thick and stiff/not good if neck issues but easily remedied bringing own pillow. I also would love it if there was somewhere in the room they could put a mirror besides just 1 in bathroom

Location was great. Just off of the boardwalk, which is the main feature. The hotel itself seems very old. No frills. Tiny bathroom and only one tiny waste basket in the entire suite. AC units were very loud.
