This pristine beach and ocean front property is perfect for large groups and families. Everything is top of the line. From the 4 master suites with their own private bathrooms, to the stunning views of the ocean and inlet, to the use of the in ground pool, you will fall in love with this home from the moment you arrive. There are 8 bedrooms, and 7 1/2 bathrooms. You will love the beautiful kitchen and second floor dining/living area. This home has it all. There is room for gathering and privacy all at the same time. We hope you'll stay with us and fall in love with this property just as much as we have. Please note that the pool is a seasonal amenity. It is only open and available from Early May until Late September. Please confirm availability prior to making a reservation.

Amazing House!
We had a group of friends in town for the weekend for Music and the house was perfect! With the 8 bedrooms we were able to accomadate everyone comfortably! Our Host well care of us! Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful house with so much space!
This house was perfect for our group of friends. Lots of sleeping spaces and plenty of bathrooms! We were just a short ride to Atlantic City. We also loved being able to walk to the beach!

Annual Golf Weekend
The house was in great condition when we arrived and we were thankful that the pool had not been closed yet for the fall/winter - we enjoyed the pool after golf on Friday and it was fantastic. The setup was great for the 8 of us - everyone having their own room/bathroom and the middle floor was fantastic for watching the Penn State game on Saturday and for our meals around the big table. Kitchen was well stocked with what was needed for my friend to make some fantastic meals. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed this home and the weekend! Thanks for sharing it with us!!

Fantastic stay for a birthday weekend
17 of us stayed at this unbelievably beautiful house in perfect condition steps away from the beach and we couldn’t have been happier. The place is immaculate with all modern furnishings, fully stocked kitchen great views, great pool, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms and lots of room to spread out. Close enough to Atlantic City to go to casino or dancing as we did, but much nicer beach, super quiet and lovely during the first week in October

Lovely home in S Brigantine.
We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous home. The twelve of us had lots of room to spread out in the well appointed rooms and the heated pool was very much appreciated as some of our days were unexpectedly cool. The kitchen was very well equipped so we enjoyed cooking our meals and the children enjoyed the pool items that were avaiable to use. This was our first time at the Jersey shore and we would love to come back.

From lounging by the pool to walking the beach, we all had a wonderful week at this amazing home. Also plenty of room inside to play games and enjoy the family while remnants of hurricane Debby came through.

Beautiful home.. very clean and super comfortable for all of us.. amenities were just great.. pool was fabulous .. would have been absolutey 10/10 if home was closer to the beach.. I did not realize upon booking that it was almost a half mile walk.. or that trucks (many) could park right on the beach.. overall 9 out of 10..

Amazing Home & Host!
Incredible house - large enough for plenty of privacy and your 'own space' yet cozy enough in the shared living spaces for family time! The elevator was such a welcomed convenience. The kitchen had everything needed. We chose this house primarily because of it's size, the pool and the wonderfully accommodating host and property manager...and it did not disappoint!! The only negative is that our time there is over.

Basketball Tournament
House was amazing. We stayed with 6 families for a youth basketball tournament and the house accomadated 16 guest very comfortably. The kids loved the pool. Thank you! Highly recommend staying here!

Great spot for wellness retreat
We had 13 people in the house, and it was a fabulous location for our retreat. We used all parts of the house for our sessions and the kitchen and dining areas were perfect for our group. We would love to host another retreat when the pool and hot tub are open.

Making memories
This is the third time that we have stayed at this beautiful house. We are 7 couples that have been friends for 40 plus years. The house is perfect for us. Enough space to accommodate all of us. Great location. The weather was beautiful so we enjoyed the backyard and multiple decks. It is also close to the beach so we were able to take a long walk on the beach. Another perk is being close to Atlantic City that we were able to go and enjoy the boardwalk and casino for a few hours. The host was easy to contact and got back quickly with questions we had. We will definitely be back next year and look forward to making more memories here!

Great Stay!
We have a family reunion every year around the holidays where we spend a day and have dinner at Smitheville. Now that most of the "kids" are older we try to make a long weekend out of it and go to AC for dinner and the casinos. This house was the perfect spot for us. It was big with a lot of shared spaces, but also had plenty of bedrooms and enough space to get away from the rest of the group if you wanted too. The kitchen was huge a great for having a shared breakfast and lunch. There were decks and windows everywhere that really made us all want to be here in the Summer. The house was very clean and had everything you could need. The instructions were easy and the owner very accomodating. We highly recommend it!!
