In the bathroom there was a hole in the ceiling that looked extremely suspicious I asked to have it covered I only noticed it on my last night, however when I texted and called the front desk the lack of concern I received was unacceptable. Security came in the room looked at the hole took a picture and left came back with maintenance and maintenance shrugged his shoulders and said it’s just missing the cover that go over the sprinkler I asked to have it covered for the night unfortunately for me they wasn’t able to cover the hole. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. I don’t know if there was a spy camera in the ceiling.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were on the 33rd floor with excellent views of the ocean. My only complaint was that the hotel needs to invest in the shower/conditioner/ shampoo wall dispensers. The tiny bottles are not adequate. We were assigned a room with an adjoining door to the next room, thankfully no one checked in

Had a GREAT stay at Hard Rock! Would highly recommend it. The only reason for the 4 on property conditions is because we went to one of the shows there and the restrooms had no toilet tissue, so intermission was pandemonium. Folks had to use paper towels if they didn’t have any tissues in their purse. But the show was absolutely amazing and we so enjoyed our stay.
