Needs to be updated old furniture that’s needs to be dusted. The heat in the room did not work the temperature only went up to 68 degrees. Also the water pressure in the shower was very low. Also this is the second time I noticed the bed only has one pillowcase the rest of the pillows only had pillow protectors

Second time I stayed at the property and agin only one pillowcase on the bed. The furniture is a little dated so you must dust regularly. You could right your name in dust on the side on the television stand. The heat only went up to 68 degrees in the middle of January and the water pressure in the shower was low. Property real need an update

Disgusting nightmare

By far the worst experience I’ve had staying here and it’s my 4th time doing so. Mold in the ceiling near the vent. A used band-aid on the bathroom sink. The bathtub had a whole that was covered by a paper towel. The pullout bed was stained with what look like blood and long hair. Kitchen rug pulled up. Broken refrigerator. Mold on the shower mirror. Holes on windowsill platform.

Not bad for the cost.

Check in went smoothly. Awesome view of the ocean! The windows had finger prints and the bath jets were shooting out hair. The curtains all had some sort of staining. Front desk was called and someone was sent up to clean. They did remove the parking and resort fees. The furnishings had all seen better days. We decided to stay an extra night and that was a hassle. I’ve never had to check out to check back in like it was a whole new stay before. That cause an additional hold to be put on my credit card that I was not happy about. Generally the room keys just get reprogrammed for the extra day. We did like that there was a small fridge, microwave and kitchen set up. We did a tour of the place and found out that they did have other rooms that are updated and appear to be cleaner. It’s a shame that you can’t get those on this app.
