The place is dirty, it’s smell horrible, the service is bad. There was a customer complaining of bedbugs. We didn’t wanted to stay because of the horrible smell in the room and they didn’t do anything. When you make the reservation it says not refundable for a reason, they know what they are doing.

Light broke apart at the touch of turning it on. Bathroom toilet barely flushes, hotel room I stayed in had no extra security lock for my safety throughout the night the chain was completely missing, staff assumed I was drunk because I had a great time out and I’m a good spirited person so I guess my energy and picture of character threw him off or even made him assume that… I have a very high tolerance and I really wasn’t drunk, just was getting the experience of feeling nice and relaxed on my vacation from work but Iv felt very uncomfortable for my stay not only that I’m 29 I can handle my own and I know my limit knowing I have my daughter and baby son with me

The front desk staff was extremely rude and had an attitude. There was mold due in the rooms and I had my daughter with me who has asthma which made the environment extremely unsafe for her. When we brought this up to customer service they fault me to get a refund. Overall I would have rather spent in my car in a random parking lot.

the people at the chek in and out were very nice and friendly the room is ok - the bathroom need a refresh the exterior of the hotel needs a big refresh too - we did not know that the swimming pool and breakfast were in another hotel, just next street - not sure we oauld have booked here if we would have know that - easier for my kid to go in the swimming pool Wifi was not working good

The room had flies in it, some dead ones laying around. Mildew in the shower. They said it was one of their best rooms. They said they wouldn’t do anything about it

Cheap stay
If you're looking for a cheap place to lay your head while you enjoy the hotel pool and close proximity to the beach and boardwalk, this is it. The hotel is definitely showing it's age. Rooms have the funky old beach motel odor; linens and bathroom were clean, the floor was not (but it's a beach motel so..). Service was excellent.

The staff was pleasant the sheets were fine the place was pretty clean but there was this bad smell that seemed seeped into the room. Its a decent property for the price if you need to budget , but if you have a sensitive nose maybe bring incense or a candle to mask the smell some. Alot of activity alot of noise but its atlantic city cant expect much else. Besides the smell the rest was good.

In the beginning the staff Rita was rude, as days went she became a little more nicer. They weren’t accommodating even after I told her I was a recent amputee and was given a room on the second floor stating she sold the room while we were actually there checking in . The pool and breakfast area is in another building which isn’t stated. The breakfast was ok , the waffles were good. The property could be a bit more tidy but overall it was ok for the weeks stay.

Picture of tower is misleading. When I was booking had a feeling I am going into a large hotel. But this is 2 stories bad maintenance motel. I mean you get what you pay for.
