This was a disappointing stay. Wifi wasn't working, and the gym/pool only open Thursday through Sunday until 6. Checked in at 5pm on Sunday, didn't get to use either amenity. Manager refunded my resort fee. Also had a VERY loud neighbor from 1-4am, walls very thin and it felt like she was in my room.

I recently visited Bally’s Casino to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday, hoping for a fun and memorable experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite. Upon arrival, my son, who looks young for his age, was asked to scan his ID to get a bracelet to avoid repeated ID checks. To our surprise, the staff questioned the authenticity of his DMV-issued ID, implying it was fake. Despite our request to have the police verify the ID, the staff refused, leaving us frustrated and unwelcome. We decided to try other casinos, including Caesars, Hard Rock and Tropicana, where his ID was scanned without any issues. This clearly indicates that Bally’s scanning system is faulty and needs immediate attention to prevent such unpleasant experiences for other guests. Adding to our disappointment, our hotel room was not cleaned during our three-day stay. We had to call housekeeping to remove trash and provide basic necessities like toilet paper, despite paying a daily resort fee. Overall, our experience at Bally’s was far from satisfactory. I hope they address these issues to improve their service and guest experience.
