I stated in the Dennis Tower and the building needs an upgrade. Work out carpet, over use of deodorizer to cover the smell. Pets barking all night and it could use paint and new carpets

The shower was dirty, but the room it's itself was mediocre. The receptionist was nice but the one overseeinger her was disrespectfull. It's not nice to the receptionist who was doing a good job. They made us spend 12 dollars on a later check out knowing all three of us were disabled. Now at the front outside needs a raise. I have plusses and minus es .

The rooms were much nicer than anticipated for the cost. The casino was also decent. The rooms were a little outdated, but comfortable and good size. The boardwalk is a little sketchy at night, but that is not due to the hotel.

Felt unwelcomed from the jump. Anita at the front desk is miserable. Our first room was dirty, when I called down, Lisa rudely answered and transferred me to housekeeping without letting me finish talking or asking me what I’d like to do. Called back and told her I wanted to change rooms, she told me to come to the front desk. I requested to speak to a manager, instead I got a supervisor, Eric. He may have been the only level headed person there. He gave me a credit towards the room and was able to give us a clean room. That should’ve been an improvement, but the tv stopped working after the first 15 minutes we turned it on, and we had several roach visitors throughout our stay. They were courteous enough to give us an extra hour after checkout, but the negatives greatly outweighed any positives here. I hadn’t realized it was connected to the Claridge, which I had visited in the past and swore to never go back. Being that they’re connected, it kind of makes sense. I’ll make the same vow with Bally’s. Tropicana, Showboat, Caesar’s, Borgota, Harrah’s were all significantly better, but BALLYS IS A NO GO.
