Tru is near the Battery but not in a heavy traffic area. The lobby is great for those you want to chill almost perfect for a chill day date before dinner plans. The staff is always helpful.

I loved our stay at this hotel. They have a nice lobby with plenty of space to relax. We used the pool table. You can also get out and walk outside. They have a nice gas fire pit and a giant tv. I love that the check-out was at noon. They offer very good breakfast (pancakes, eggs, sausage, toast). They also have buckets on every floor for ice. The gym is also very nice! They have an indoor pool. I didn’t like that they charge extra for parking.

The guy that checked us in was amazing. Weve stayed at this Tru several times and was always happy. This time the breakfast staff was not on top of things and really had a no care attitude. The pancake machine wasnt working. Someone looked at it and just walked off. There was still an hour to go. Things were just not what the normally are. They need to get this cleaned up.

Leaving my first review on a hotel because this place was disgusting. Pee on toilet. Hair in bed. We had to clean parts of the floor with rags just so that we could walk. Do not recommend
