The staff was amazing but they were very short-staffed at the bars which made the service very slow. It was not the staffs fault at all. They simply need more staff. They were overworked at the bars.

The Westin Atlanta Gwinnett was a great place to stay. We were in the area for a concert at Gas South and The Westin was literally right behind the venue. I couldn’t have asked for a better location, we just had to walk outside the lobby and we were at the door to the venue. The staff was so helpful and understanding even being overwhelmed with all the guest attending the concert. Our room was absolutely stunning, it came with a robe and fully stocked and clean. We would definitely stay there again if we attended another event out in Duluth.

I was in town for a concert. It was a quick overnight trip but the staff was really great. After the show, we went to the bar inside and their wait staff and bartenders were incredible. Definitely recommend if you are going to an event at Gas South Arena
