Perfect location for our trip but the place was kinda run down, cracked tiles and boxes of supplies in lobby, only had juice and coffee, no breakfast, bathtub didn't drain and water wouldn't keep a constant temp. Bed was not bad but the sheets and blankets had cigarette burn holes.

Very close to 6 Flags if that's what you need, but overall we were not impressed. Outside door entry. People hanging out on the walk ways, reeked of marijuana, showers were ice cold, tub enamel was fleeked off appearing dirty, and the bedding was old. My son didn't feel safe at all. We reserved a non-smoking room, but on check in was told it was a smoking room and if we needed to switch to non-smoking it would be a $10.56 upcharge! We also had to pay a $100 refundable deposit for the one night stay. Was told it could take 7-10 days to get that back in our account. Frustrating! We didn't even attempt breakfast because we were told it would be dry cereal, milk and white bread. YIKES. Definitely other hotels in the area that may be more accommodating. We just needed a quick sleep after a day at 6 Flags and it was definitely convenient for our purpose.

If you are in need of an immediate stay ok but otherwise it isn't a family happy place staff member are very unfriendly too many rules and nothing can do without them following asking questions ridiculous breakfast for children

Nothing was unique the staff were mean and sarcastic they stuck me and my family in a room that smelled like mold and the Internet was horrible it's very over priced for the inconvenience ill never come again... And they asked for a $100 deposit when the room had already had its share of torcher I just hope I get my deposit back after this....

1/2 the lights in the room didn’t work the staff was rude 1/2 the outlets didn’t work drink machine had 1 choice! Smelled like weed everywhere and they charged a 100.00 deposit like this was a 5 star hotel! It wasn’t it wasn’t even 1 star will never stay there again if if it’s the only 1 around next time I’ll sleep in my car before I stay in this place

A $100 security deposit is ridiculous for rooms in such bad shape. The wise door to the building was kept open letting bugs in who and whatever else in all night. When I entered the lobby a couple was complaining that the ceiling in their room was falling in and warned me I should check my room before paying the deposit. I asked would that be okay and I was escortes to the suite I'd reserved and was immediately skeptical about how dark it was. Half the lights didn't work. Right in front of my on the TV stand was a puddle of water with pieces of the ceiling in it. The host made sure to stay by the door. The couch had a big dark stain on it that I could see from axross the room. The light in the sink part of the bathroom didn't work nor the the plugs in the room and the in the the spout the tub was chipped. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Nasty! Dirty! Smells of mold in the entire room. My second room bed was wet and the sheets were dirty. The lamps were rusty. The ceiling was peeling. I was there 20 mins and was told I could not get a refund because I had already checked in. They charged a $100 deposit even though I had fully paid on the website Expedia which was a trash service also. That was my first and last time using Expedia.

When we checked, we were given keys to a dirty room. The second attempt had large patches of mold growing on the peeling ceiling. We talked to the front desk. They knew the room was in that condition and did not see an issue. We left and they are refusing to refund our money.
