Kitchen includes Bosch appliances, a built-in bench style dining (complete with views of the river), a dry-bar, plenty of storage, and a large pantry. Upstairs the main bedroom has an even more breathtaking river view, another patio, and the walk-in shower even has its own private view of the river. Second bedroom has its own bath, the attic / 3rd floor is fully finished and could be used as an office, workout, yoga, and/or meditation room. Garage with plenty of storage, full home automation and security system with external cameras, and even a canoe comes included.
