I stay twice times. Jul 20-21 and Aug 10-11. I lost more than 3 hours for waiting return cash deposit. I checkout early morning 5:30 am, at the first time Jul 21, i was return cash deposit at this time so i book this hotel again when traveling however i was noticed that return cash deposit start at 9:00AM. This make me wait more than 3 hours and i broke my driving plan. Never come back again, it’s a terrible experience.

Overall I'm fairly happy with the experience, my only critique is I wish the bed wasn't that high. The last little bit is the TV set it offered Netflix and YouTube to that way we can connect via mobile but it was not connected to the network at all. Outside of that it was a great experience.
