Not so good. Heat was off. Room was 59 degrees when we check in. Repairman worked on it and disconnected the wall thermostat. People were constantly going in and out of side door right by our room. Next morning had no hot water for showers.Ran for at least 30 minutes and never got more than lukewarm. Would never stay again.

The location is great, but our room was not Our room started out with a half empty tomorrow paper roll with no spares. We stayed 2 nights but no cleaning service, so the 2 towels they gave us were quickly wet/used. This was not Sonesta quality
