This hotel was OK. My main complaint is the awful entry system. I arrived and tried to enter the lobby to ask where to patk to check-in. The women at the desk just stared at me. Finally someone came to the door and told me to enter my code (that I didn't have) in order to enter the building. In short every time we needed to use they pad to enter the code to the garage, elevator, room, there was a problem.

If there is a Sonder wherever i choose to go for my next trip, i will be booking! I felt right at home, everything was just right. The bed was very comfortable, shower water was hot, all appliances that i used were in Working condition. My only complaint is, why didnt i know of Sonder sooner!

Very nice hotel. Clean & spacious. Great for a few nights in the city. Parking was extra, though. Location was o-k, but the city is spread out so hard to get a central location. Neighborhood was safe. Highly recommend this place.

Everything is charged. The website says free parking but I was charged. Even room cleaning is charged. Room Cleaning is almost the room charge. And it's only one day cleaning!!! It's absurd. They could at least have coffee in the lobby. It's not that the cost is extremely low. It's almost like other hotels.

Few negatives, but for some folks could be deal breakers. Hard beds, flat pillows. I bring my own pillow so not a huge deal for me. You are downtown so street noise is audible. It's not noticeable with white noise from a device or with their supplied white noise machine. Some noticeable carpet stains and loose floor laminate. Missing tv remote but one from the other room worked somewhat. More positives than negatives for sure. Showers are amazing. Very affordable 2 bed 2 bath apt with extra sofa bed, full kitchen, and laundry to ourselves. We had a corner apt on floor three with two private balconies. Staff is great. Common club room for hanging out with full kitchen and bathroom lots of seating and Bluetooth theatre sound and large tv. We streamed tv off our phones in our apt and in club room with minimal setup. Huge common outdoor patio and grill area we didn't use in January, but beautiful. Fitness room was nice and clean, rarely used found others there. Grocery, Walgreens, and several food choices pretty close. Ubers are always close, and it's a $3.50 train ride per person from the airport with a $10-15 uber from Civic Center station to Sonder. Walking the immediate area was safe. Lots of transit scooters around to rent too. We would stay again. Incredible value for a family.

Best Boyfriend Birthday Trip Everrrr!
This is a FANTASTIC place to stay if you are on a budget but do not want to compromise comfort, cleanliness or convenience. We were able to cook some nights (kitchen came with all the basics), go out others. I think by far my favorite was having the in-unit washer and dryer. Because post-trip laundry is annoying. I would definitely book again. And come back to this Sonder location again.

Bad Locks
This hotel prides itself on hi-tech. NOT. Their hi-tech door locks do not work. You have to key in a code that they give you after and only after you down load their app, what a pain. Their pre check-in again wanting personal information from me a month before i’m even checkin in. A copy of my license front and back, my credit card info etc it was like applying for a mortgage. This all for a one night stay. Won’t be staying at this Hotel brand again.

9/10 everything was good only problem they had was the outlet in the bedroom wouldn’t work but that probably could’ve been fixed but it didn’t bother me anyway so I just didn’t bother to report it as a problem because it wasn’t anything I caused and I’m sure they were aware. I definitely would stay at this location again. Didn’t even have to speak to the representative about anything because i I check in and out via phone and to access anything was via phone which was cool

The photos of the place look a lot nicer than the actual room. Overall worn down-furniture-carpet. My bed was dirty and tried to call front desk but get rerouted. I would have left and found another place to stay if it wasn’t midnight when I arrived. Will not be staying here again. Too many other options.

Great place for family on a budget
Place was clean, loved the concept for easy check in and out with family. So much easier when I don’t need to drag my kids in to check in somewhere. Couldn’t believe the size of the place for the cost location was also great for us. Only complaints were how hard the beds were. Also Booked this room specifically because it was pet friendly but there were signs in the room that said no pets. No one said anything to us and I did find something that said rental agreements can differ but that was confusing.

Convenient location and contact less check in are great. The apartment was not clean. Carpets had a visible dirt and crumbs on them. Body wash dispenser in master bath had human hair on them. Needless to say, we did not use master bath for our stay! The Sonder app mentioned about having station for essentials on the same floor but could not locate it.

This property was pretty good. My 2 biggest complaints are the TV and lack of usable storage. They dont tell you that the TV is streaming only, which would be fine, except no one knows the pin numbet to download apps, so unless its already on there, you cant watch it. No real options for live tv. Next, there are 7 different places to sit (for only 2 butts), but nowhere to unpack your luggage, and only one little rack to sit it on to live out of the suitcase. Toilet seat was installed crooked, so you always felt like you were falling off of it. No hooks near the shower for towels, so you had to walk wet across the room to get a towel. Things i liked were that it seemed secure with keypad codes to access each area. Parking price was ridiculous. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, but pillows are super soft, so if you like firmer pillows, bring your own.
