Sonder is Perfect!!!!
Sonder is going to be the place where i stay when i'm in Atlanta. It is an apartment, very spacious and clean. It has a washer and dryer in the unit. It has a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee pot, and dishes. It has a private balcony. The building is quiet. Right down the street is Chase Bank, Publix Grocery Store, Walgreens, and Wingstop. There is a Dunkin Donuts, Cigar Shop, and more close by. I really enjoyed my stay. Also the restaurant in the building Noodah has great Chinese Food.

Good, Not Great
This was a decent stay, but it wasn’t as good for me. Pros: 1. It is located in the heart of Atlanta. So, most attractions are close. 2. Well stocked kitchen. 3. Quick check-in Cons: 1. The television being Roku only wasn’t ideal. There were no local channels to watch games. Hulu doesn’t allow users to log into devices away from home unless it’s a phone or tablet, so our lazy day was reduced to trying to watch a game on our phone. 2. The hot water runs out quickly after the first person showers.

Stayed at Sonder for 3 days 2 nights. While entering our room, staff had just walked out our room stating she wanted to spray the room cause it had a bad odor. The spray only lasted a hour to mask the smell but the smell lingered the room the whole time. The bedroom was not cleaned throughly as there was leftover tissue and eyelash falsies still on the rug and under the bed. Both mornings we woke up to the lawn mower and leaf blower at 8-9 in the morning when we were trying to sleep in. Coming home late at 11-12 midnight there was no hot water to shower in….There was no one at desk to help.

I liked that the property was clean and staff was cleaning throughout my stay here. The staff was accessible and helpful when needed. The property is in a great location. Parking options are limited if you don’t want to park in the garage. I would stay here again for my next visit.

Everything was perfect except the room I was in. The WiFi to that room didn’t work , so I wasn’t able to watch tv for the whole weekend even with the hotel staff replacing the tv and trying to make it work.

The building was smaller, which was nice. It was also very secure with a code to get into the garage and for any entrance to the building. There was a ton of space in the room which had a living room, kitchen, bedroom and spacious bathroom with lots of closet space. They set it up with utensils and dishes in case you’re staying for a while. The only complaint is it was kind of rough around the edges. It appeared to be an old apartment building converted into a hotel and the upgrades were kind of sloppy - it could have used new paint and better patching up of dings and dents. But it was a comfortable place to stay and the self-check in and such was good - they communicated everything we needed to know through texts and emails. Location was good in Midtown Atlanta and we were able to walk all the way downtown in about 30 minutes straight down Peachtree Street. The whole walk felt very safe. It was a little noisy there from traffic but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault, it’s just a noisy town. And they provided ear plugs if it was a problem! Overall, a good place to stay.

It was not in the best of areas, there just wasn’t much around. The area was a little run down, not built up much. We did feel safe though. The property itself was great! We stayed for 5 days, and the kitchen and laundry feature were great. We had a spacious kitchen, living room, bedroom, closet, and bathroom.
