I was treated with no respect. I lived there for over a year. People being let in my room when they weren’t supposed to be. Almost lost my animal. No communication between office staff. Bad

I asked for a clean room because all dusty and the lady told me go to a fancy hotel, And she throw my ID against the window telling me that she was going to call the police I stay in the property for an hour waiting for the police And never show up Because I didn’t do anything bad My recommendation avoid this hotel Extremely bad service and nasty I lost my money booking this hotel
Bathtub had poop on it and was under plastic mat that was also black and disgusting. The office was closed and locked and when I tried to find the night time window, it was inside a door with no labeling and that was after 20 minutes of waiting for someone to come to the counter or answer the phone at the property. I'm never going back there. Ever.
Expedia & Red Roof were unable to find my booking & I was not able to stay at this property after paying because my booking could not be found? How do u lose the one thing that is important? The whole reasoning of ur business
