Check in was between 3.30pm and 2.40am. My flight arrived 9.30am so I had to book for 2 days, so the day before and the day of the flight. I tried to call and email hotel but no reply. So I couldn't check in and lost £140

We got in very late, started putting our things in the room. Stopped immediately and saw blood on walls, blood on box spring and many more disturbing things. Tried to get someone to come and waited over an hour with no one ever coming. My husband and I fell asleep in two chairs that were in the room, while waiting, not touching the bed. We left early for our flight, but told the front desk again before leaving. This is unacceptable and disgusting. I have pictures with all that was happening in this room

It's a place to stay. We were there for 1 night to catch the first flight out the next morning. There was what appeared to be a prostitute getting out of a vehicle on the property when we were going to dinner. The area is kind of sketchy.

We check into a very stuffy room. We turn the air on to cool the room down. It NEVER cooled the room. We had traveled all day and just wanted the room a few hours to rest. We left the room about 4:15-4:20. Because we had a flight early that morning and to return a car. I told the girl at the desk how the air did not work. “Well you should have called us.” I wasn’t there for a hassle. I didnt need to see Maintenance in there or change to another room. I just needed rest. I just felt her response was not enough. It was like”oh well”. Would not recommend.

Great front desk girl. Shuttle drivers were on time both ways. Bed and sheets very comfortable. Hotel is dated and needs some fixing up. But stuff worked. Was just there 6 hours over night between flights.

Well first of all upon my arrival i called and asked for a early check in and the way they talked to me on the phone was extremely rude and have givin me a crazy explanation on why they dont do earlier check ins , a simple no would have been fine . The room was musky and felt damp the free breakfast was a complete dive the coffee was horrendous , thankfully there was a waffle house across the street . My recommendations is to find a different hotel and stay clear of this one . Its not like other quality inns across America. P.s maybe the front counter staff could be less rude
