Adorable and cozy guesthouse perfect for a single or couple who is intown on a project, a traveling nurse(s), doing construction, etc. and doesn't want to stay in a hotel, but be central to all of the activities, events and venues the city has to offer.

The guesthouse sits on a private back alley driveway with only 4 other houses, providing great privacy and ease of coming and going.

You have access to a beautiful backyard with multiple seating areas including a covered gazebo for work or play.

The space
Buckhead Atlanta guesthouse perfect for short or long stays, vacations, house under construction, or visiting family in the area.

We are just 2-3 miles from downtown Atlanta and many of the venues,restaurants,event locations, Georgia Tech and Emory, and all of the major highways to go throughout Atlanta.

The 455 foot guesthouse is separate from the main house, has one large bedroom and living area with a queen size bed, ottoman, full dresser, couch, cocktail tables, flat screen SMART television, WIFI and more.

Recently refurbished, there is a separate kitchenette with small fridge/freezer, microwave, portable convection oven, coffee maker, skillet, toaster oven, and anything needed to cook full meals, along with dishes, utensils, etc.. Full bath with walk-in shower, linen and towels.

One uncovered parking spot is available in the carport with additional street parking steps away. Please notify me if you have an oversize truck as we may need to make special accommodations.

Washer and Dryer is available in the attached shed.
