Charming Charlie’s is a LAKE FRONT tiny home decked out with romance in mind! Equipped with an outdoor soaking tub overlooking the lake, globe lights, fire pit and kayaks round out this hidden gem. Only 3 miles from the bustling night life of Historic downtown Roswell and River-rafting, this tiny home is equipped with premium linens and sleeps four. A perfect “glamping getaway”!

Please note- Charming Charlie’s is located on hosts lot, in a quiet neighborhood. When accessing your tiny home, guests must walk past host home. Once inside your VRBO, measures have been taken to ensure your upmost privacy. Guests will enjoy wooded seclusion at this romantic cottage.

Additionally Charming Charlie’s uses a Laveo Dry-Flush toilet system. It is a waterless toilet that has a “diaper genie” style mechanism. It is new to most people but looks like a regular toilet, same size and appearance. The Laveo dry-flush system does not smell. We invite you to check it out on YouTube it if you have questions. It does not require guests to perform do anything differently!!
