There was no water available in my shower! My wife and I went to take a shower in the morning and couldn’t. We had to call the front desk and they sent an engineer. The engineer advised us that the room was deemed earlier because of the water issue and that the front desk was advised! We had to move rooms on the morning of check out to just shower and get dressed. I’m so disappointed!!!

Would have been 5 star but because of valet experience, it ruined it. Valet was terrible. Horrble communication between the 2 parking decks. Took 1 1/2 hours to get my car.

The check in process was not ideal. Had to wait 21/2 hours for our room. This caused us to miss some reservations we scheduled. Also didn’t offer us a late check out after getting in room so late. Room was clean and nice but was not pleased with stay.
