When I got to my room the toilet seat was loose, the toilet was running and the bathroom door handle was loose. I didn’t have tools to tighten the door knob, but I did tighten the toilet seat and stopped the toilet from running.The room was dirty, around the toilet was never cleaned, towels had been left from the last guest, there was water seeping through the wall across from the toilet.

While having the airport shuttle is so convenient, being told it runs every 30 minutes only to find out it's every hour and almost made us miss our flight was super frustrating. There are several restaurants within walking distance, however the cockroach in the room really put a damper on the conveniences....

I walked in and the lobby smelled like pot, pretty sure the attendant was stoned…perhaps that’s legal here. Hadn’t had dinner so tried vending machine and it ate my coin and he said he couldn’t help. He wasn’t friendly at all! Got to my room and it was gross. Smelled like smoke, stains on ceiling and walls. Tissue on bathroom floor. My flight misplaced my luggage and so I didn’t get to hotel until 4am and was exhausted or I would have complained and went elsewhere.
