Good stay in ATL

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. I will be super honest because I appreciate honesty when I'm reading reviews when booking! :) The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were too flat and not comfortable. The unit was clean, and felt comfortable overall. A couple of issues: our deadbolt wasn't working the first night, but they came and fixed it the next day. The property manager was very quick to respond and very helpful with whatever we needed. That was a big plus. The shower in the master has tiny itty bitty towels and the hot water runs out really fast, but other than that the bathrooms were nice. We didn't rent a car but used Lyft and Uber to get around - there were plenty available within 5 minutes at all times and we never had an issue with pick up or drop off. Great location - easily accessible to downtown and good shopping north of the property.

Great apartment, great location

This was our third time at this apartment, and we’ve already booked it again. It’s spacious and beautiful, clean and comfortable, and a very short walk to great restaurants, the Fox Theatre and the North Avenue Marta station.

Place in midtown

Cute and safe place to stay in Midtown. 10 -minute walk to Marta. Very close to Piedmont park and botanical gardens. Good blend of historic and modern. A little hard to get parking at times, but always able to park close by. Stayed with my family of 4. 2 nice beds but pull out couch a little hard to use. Would recommend to others. Pleased with stay.

Great location, pretty building

This was my second time staying at this apartment. Visiting Atlanta for work, this building is a perfect location for me. The apartment is very clean. It is modern yet still has the charm of a historic building. Super easy checkin and access. Communication was great. Highly recommend.

Beautiful two bedroom condo

This was our second year, staying here, and we loved it. It’s clean, spacious, a less than 10 minute walk to the Marta. The bedrooms are large and nice, as are the two bathrooms. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and linens are top-notch.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay at Michelle‘s place while visiting our daughter at Georgia Tech. The location was accurate, although a little east of Fox theater so further from campus then we first thought but we could still walk to campus, restaurants etc. it would be a long way to West campus, though. Everything was comfortable and clean and will stay again. Parking was convenient also.

Intelligently Modern and Spacious Luxury Style Apartment in Midtown

The location and convenience of this apartment were some of its main selling points. This was a two bedroom two bath apartment with a large kitchen, living room and two additional sitting rooms one directly off the living room and one in between the main bedroom and master bath. This place is beyond spacious. The building although from the outside appears older on the inside it is modern and highly intelligent with a nest thermostat for setting the unit temperature, electronic locks that use your phone as a key. My favorite part about the apartment was the deep soaking tub. It was so relaxing to just draw a bath and soak. The only negatives I’d say was our last night there the power apparently tripped a circuit breaker. We contacted our host who even though it was later at night then I’d normally contact anyone, Michelle was available and attentive. She assisted me in locating the breaker and getting the lights back on which took all of 5 minutes at most. I could tell that the place was well cared for and that the entire process with our host was easy to work with and was attentive helpful and available to make our stay as homelike as possible. I do wish I knew ahead of time about the security cameras at the front door and also on each of the door locks rcdw

This property was amazing. I will definitely return. Just be prepared for walking as well as paying for parking. It is very clean and has lots of space. The furniture is very comfortable. The host was very responsive and kind. You have endless options with door dash, perfect location.

Solid 3 Star Experience

The location and check in process were exceptional, no hassle and easy. The building had charm and the decor was aesthetically pleasing. In the other hand, the outside noise was heard throughout the unit and being in the city area, I would have expected a better sound barrier window. The outside was so loud I could literally hear entire conversations from the people at the bus stop which was directly across the street from the guestroom window. In addition to the noise, my other issues was cleanliness and subpar communication about fees and known issues. My first known issue (not resolved) with having 3 TVs but only 1 had working remotes. The management company knew that there was no remote in guestroom but did not disclose or have it replaced before my arrival, the living room remote needed batteries in the roku remote so I had to switch out the batteries from tv remote to roku and back and forth to actually use tv to switch between streaming services. These things only matter if you're in the unit for more than sleep which my vacay was for relaxing and good food, no events in the city so I wanted to hang out at the unit a good bit. Lastly, the cleanliness wasn't terrible but visible dust buildup or mediocre wipe down/dusting. All ceiling fans have visible dust, bedside tables had rings from previous guest drinks, body mirror in guestroom bathroom need to be wiped down, dust buildup on tile edge in guestroom bathroom and both shower heads need to be cleaned visible rust on a few jets. Overall I enjoyed my visit to the city and the location was perfect for my daily adventures. I would also ask that you list the required insurance that renter's must purchase. For my 4 days, 3 nights it was $60 which would have been fine if I had known in advance instead of after booking unit.

This place is amazing! It’s well decorated, great floor plan, clean and has the things you need. We loved all the towels and extra bedding. It was a great location to easily get places in an Uber. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent property management

We have done a lot of VRBO stays, and from the start of this one, April was on top of communication. We had all required information in advance, had all questions answered, parking arranged (important in Midtown Atlanta) and everything settled. But where this really stood out is that, on the second day, a lower unit was discovered to have water pipe issues and need major repairs. Within minutes of this discovery, April had contacted me and was at work securing a different unit in the same building, even though it was managed by someone else. As a result, our visit was able to continue with little nuisance. We stayed in communication with April throughout. I strongly recommend this property if you to be in the midtown area, and when we have reason to be in Atlanta next, will be checking it’s availability first. A few other notes: as mentioned above, it is worth it to get parking arranged in advance. Also, this is an old building and the unit is on the third floor, with no elevator.

Wonderful Stay! Excellent property and host!

My family and I came to Atlanta from south Alabama to visit the Georgia Aquarium and go to a Braves game. Our host was so responsive and made everything so effortless! It was as though she had thought about everything we could have needed ahead of time and took care of it. The property was very clean and chic! Both king beds were soooo comfortable we are now convinced we need a new mattress, LOL. Beautiful bathrooms. We really did feel at home, not like we were constantly thinking of everything we forgot to bring. The public parking lot is only a block away, not bad at all. We had a wonderful stay and would 100% stay here again. A+++
