I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I recently received from Hotels.com, a platform I have relied upon for over a decade. We made a reservation in a rush while evacuating due to Hurricane Milton, seeking refuge from the storm’s impact on our home. Amidst the chaos, we opted for a parking package through your site. To my dismay, we were charged double the amount charged for Valet at the hotel for this package. We would have unselected that option if we were fully aware and booking under normal conditions. This price discrepancy is both alarming and unacceptable, especially during a time of distress for my family. We made a good faith effort to have this issue resolved and sought a refund for the valet portion in order to pay directly at the hotel. However, we were unsuccessful in our first attempt and feel that this situation has not been handled with the urgency or understanding it warrants. As a loyal customer for over ten years, I expect more from a service I have trusted for countless reservations. I am requesting a full refund of the parking charges. Failure to address this issue and provide a resolution will unfortunately leave me with no choice but to cease using Hotels.com in the future. I have valued the convenience and reliability of your platform, but this experience has left me questioning whether I can continue to.

Suite was lacking
The stay was amazing. Service was fantastic too. The suite we stayed in was a bit dated. The replaced the carpet from last year to lvl flooring which was not as comfortable for us. They also need more furniture in the room. There was only one small love seat, a chair and end table plus a table in a large room the sofa should be larger and a coffee table added in the living area.
