I love Betsy at the front desk she was the ONLY helpful and polite person my entire stay. Well this morning I met a fellow at the desk who was also helpful and nice. Not everyone was nice, I belive her name was Jada. Very rude! Also it should be known up front that animals are allowed to stay at the property because I am allergic and its not sanitary. Had I known that I wouldnt have booked my stay at this location. The bed spread was dirty filled with holes in the sheets and so where the towels hanging in the bathroom. They can do better for people sp3ndong their money to stay at the property. I choose this stay to move my daughter into college. Please do better.

Room was large and nice. But our overhead light in the bathroom was out. We asked twice to have it repaired but it never was. Our bed was made without a top sheet. Once the maid opened the door and came in without knocking or announcing herself. Otherwise, the property was nice and breakfast was ok.

Comfortable room, Housekeepers need more training.
The bed was not made properly. The top sheet was on top of the comforter instead of the other way around. I also shared the bed with someone else’s hair. Housekeeping staff needs to be properly trained. The positive, the room was very spacious. The front desk staff was great.

Hotel is dated
Rooms are very dated. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Bathroom is ok. There is coffee machine but no supplies. Small shampoo and very small bar soap, no other toiletries. Fond small ant like bugs in the bathroom.

Bed was extra comfy...room was very clean! Publix and other stores and restaurants in walking distance. The only problem that I had was the $175 room deposit thay they charge your credit card which is not refundable for 5 to 10 business days.
