The most important qualities of this hotel are location (minutes from the airport), free airport shuttle and low price. These were my requirements because I was checking in at midnight and checking out at 4:45AM to catch a flight. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I slept well for the four hours I was there...way better than spending the night in an airport terminal. The furniture (desk, dresser, nightstand and chair) was pretty beat up. I didn't unpack, so it wasn't a big deal. The carpet looked fairly new and in good condition. The shower had good water pressure and there was plenty of hot water once it warmed up. There were portable/temporary air handlers in the lobby and elevator areas. Perhaps they were doing a renovation or repair to the HVAC. The front desk person was very nice, cheerful and efficient. She didn't introduce herself and didn't have a name tag visible, so I can't commend her by name. The shuttle van arrived on time and it took less than ten minutes to get to the airport.

I can't sqy enough good things about the staff. Incredibly helpful and friendly. I wish all hotel staff were like the team here. The hotel itself could use some upgrades, but it served the purpose and would stay again.

the property is okay. Nothing terrible but nothing noteworthy. Could use some cleanup and TLC. Numerous scratches on painted areas, nice newish carpet, coffee maker in room had the wrong coffee packets so that did not work. Sloppy little things. But fine for the price.

Toilet didn't flush and had to use the one downstairs in the lobby. Our pet room was on the second floor. Parking gate wouldn't let me out of the lot. Two conditioners but no shampoo so I waited to shower at home after my 3-hour drive. Lobby and breakfast area overrun with people and looked like an encampment most of the time. Shall I go on?
