trip to Atlanta!!
At the beginning they gave us a room that smelled very damp. I asked to change rooms and that one was fine. When I booked it said free parking and at the hotel you have to pay $12 a night for parking. The bathroom door creaked every time it was opened. They don't give you drinking water in the rooms.

I didn't like the attitude of the staff when I was in lobby for breakfast. One of the girl called me back to clean the dish that wasn't mine, not even say sorry when she knew that wasn't mine. It was bad customer service.

Staff was friendly overall, but property could use more maintenance and care. In the room, sink handle was broken, bathroom door had to be forced shut, uncomfortable, flat pillows and sofa had stains. Lobby was clean, inviting. Cleaning staff was kind.

The area around the hotel was beautiful. Clean, well kept, and safe. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was maybe a 2 star. The meal was the same every morning, no sides to add to the eggs, no variety for dietary restriction guests (especially gluten free).

Beds and pillows were very comfy but shower was very small and there wasn’t a tub. The hotel was surrounded by technology buildings so was difficult to see and drive into especially at night. Breakfast was a major let down. Scrambled eggs were rubbery, sausage patties were dried out and when I asked her waffle batter she brought back an empty container.

The hotel was close to where we are visiting, however the breakfast was a joke! Polystyrene plates, plastic cutlery that bent as you tried the cut through toast. The options were worse than we have had in India. We would NEVER come back to this hotel.
