This was the worst place I ever stayed in the plumbing was backed up. The water was cloudy. I couldn’t take a bath or brush my teeth, to add insult to injury, woke up this morning, and the elevators wasn’t working, so we had to carry our luggage down for flights of stairs

Amazing hotel for the price
The room was amazing. Comfortable bed. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Free hot breakfast with fresh scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes (which weren't the best), fresh juice, a variety of coffee.

No… Just no. Never again.
We were attending a formal ceremony and had to lug bags upstairs because the elevator was broken. Worse was leaving and returning through the same dirty smoke filled stairwell with heels and ball gowns. Then the next morning the smoke alarm goes off waking us up. We went to get breakfast and let the front desk know our complaints and there was no food left. The front desk person was unconcerned…
