For the most part everything was great. We felt safe and it’s centrally located. Things I had a problem with: 1) laundry - only 1 and they costed money, we’ve been to cheaper hotels and it was free and there was plenty. 2) pool - it’s outside and not heated. If you spent the money to make it and it’s a colder weather area, you should have accommodated for this weather better. All upper state hotels usually have heated outdoor and/or indoor pools. 3) parking is overpriced, I did not visibly see the parking price in the terms. I probably would have made a different choice based on that, but I didn’t get that cost until at the counter. 4) in room amenities - overall very comfortable beds and space, but they only had a fridge in ours and it didn’t work.

This trip started off well but went downhill in terms of service towards the end & specifically at checkout. Location is perfect for walking to Aquarium, sports facilities, restaurants, park, & more tourist activities. Breakfast is fine; sausage/bacon, fruit, toast/bagels, coffee, teavana teas. Evening food options on-site are minimal & of course the food market is overpriced. Valet parking is expensive but convenient. Room was spacious enough & bathroom was clean. Pool was nice. Heated would be awesome but it's not. Got charged for food items that I did not consume. Stopped by checkout desk to explain some charges on initial receipt did not belong to me. Was told the matter would need to be investigated & I would be given a call later in the day. Was never called. I called after I traveled home & had to go through the explanation all over again to be told a manager needed to review & they wouldn't be in until the next day. Patiently waiting for the billing issue to be resolved. I never have things charged to my room but gave it a try since my hands were full with my little ones. I have learned my lesson & won't charge things to my room again.

A homeless person walked into the building and started harassing guests including me and my family while we were having breakfast. We felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe staying at that property anymore and left the hotel that same morning. I will not recommend anyone to stay in that hotel with their family.
