I was a very nice place to stay, the room was large. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very nice as well. I would stay there again as it was very convenient location for us.

I booked 4 rooms for our group as we attended an event at State Farm Arena. Hyatt was within walking distance and was perfect! The staff member who checked us in was so friendly and helpful! It was chaotic as so many people for the conference were checking in, but she was not overwhelmed or anxious and still treated me like I was the most valuable customer there. Breakfast was great and our room was clean and cozy! Lots of restaurants and activities within walking distance. Loved it!

Not great, had to pay for parking per night, and had to pay for early check in even though it did not say on the site. There was no free water to drink, pillows were samll and the room was never cleaned by service.
