All hands on deck: Check!
Zella and Dexter in the kitchen were so welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The valet (even though it was third party) was also very helpful.

Phenomenal service with a smile.
I stayed for an entire week and every single staff member was absolutely phenomenal with good looking smiles and outstanding attitudes. Without a shadow of doubt, the most accommodating Ive ever encountered at a hotel in the last 8 years. Way to go!!!!!

Celebrating my wife's birthday!!
The customer service was outstanding. The valet that worked Friday night and Saturday morning showed such great hospitality. The front desk staff was amazing, the were all so polite and helpful. The lady that worked in the area where they served breakfast was an absolute joy. The only issue was getting valet service Saturday evening, and early Sunday morning. It took a very long time to get our car Saturday evening, which made us late for our reservation. And when we got back early Sunday morning, no one was there. Luckily there was an open spot across the street, so parked there. But overall the stay was awesome.!!!

Fire everyone in valet
The hotel itself is nice but it has honestly the worst valet service. Incredibly slow and the employees has no sense of urgency at all. Drove around the hotel 3 times because there was no one in valet to help and when he did show up, he just walked around avoiding his job. I will not be coming to this hotel ever again.
