Property is convenient. Staff helpful. Rooms were clean. Toilet hard to flush and ran most of the night, they are also too low to the floor. Door to bathroon would not close , beds comfortable BUT need a stool to get into them...too high!

No shuttle
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. I called when i booked my stay to see if they had a shuttle to the venue i was going to be attending, and i was told that they did. On the night i arrived i was told that they did in fact have a shuttle, but that the staff member had not seen it since she got there. I booked the hotel because of the shuttle and still ended up having to pay for parking at the venue.

Very comfortable bed with excellent pillows. Very quiet clean room. Furniture is a weird Metallica design. This time Hotels.com did not mess up and actually allowed the use of my reward certificate to go through. It was a real fight with Hotels.com constantly changing the booking details to try and kill the reward certificate which forces you to be very vigilant when trying to use it. certificate.
