Hotel itself was very pleasant, well-lit, comfortable, breakfast had some good healthy options. Shuttle from airport never came after waiting more than 30 minutes outside. I understand the airport was extremely busy, but every other airport hotel had shuttles come through twice while i was waiting for this hotel's, including 2 other Holiday Inns shuttles at different locations. I finally just took a cab as it was very cold outside. Shuttle to airport the next morning was as advertised, every 30 min.

For a one night stop, this hotel is fine. Very good breakfast, the kitchen staff were very cordial & helpful. Front desk is occasionally empty & I had to wait for 5-10m on 2 occasions, no doubt because guests keep the desk people busy.

The property charged me twice for 2 rooms. They didn’t accept my expedia reservation because it was for the day we got there which was after midnight and check in according to them was 3:00 pm. We missed connecting flight so i booked once getting off plane. They told me I had to pay through them for since it was after midnight. We only stayed for 3 hours and had to go back to airport. the expedia reservation was considered for the afternoon but was not willing to cancel and expedia could not cancel because it was guaranteed. Basically i paid for 2 rooms 2x for a 3 hour stay.

We chose this property because of its location to our daughter who lives in East Point, GA. First room, heating system was too loud so we asked for another room. Second room, television did not work, toilet worked but took three flushing to empty. Coffee maker did not work. Front desk stated they would send maintenance in the morning. We were out of the room all day only to return around 7:00 PM to find everything the same. Still broken! Door’s slamming all night they are not soft closed. Plus they charge you $15.00 a day to park your car. Do not stay at this hotel. There are two others a short distance down the road.
