Everything was fine. Not great. But fine. The heat/fan did not work correctly and it was very warm in our room. We tried turning it off altogether and that didn’t work either.

I arrived earlier than expected and was able to check in early, hassle free so that was awesome. However, the price for parking ONLINE said $10. When i arrived there was a note that says as of 2023 the price is $15. You had over a year to update the online price. And why am i paying for parking again?

Heating system did not work in room . Contacted staff multiple times. One staff member came to room and said heating system was old and would take time to heat room. Eventually staff stopped responding to phone calls ( put on hold for ~15 minutes-no response. Called multiple times put on hold.. Was not offered another room with working heating system. Most miserable stay!
