The staff was unprepared o handle my concerns with parking, charging, or even get my bags to my room. The valet even dropped the 4,500 electronic loading the car and didn’t even apologize.

Nice hotel!
We had a very nice stay. Every single employee was kind and helpful! The room looked a little dated, but it was comfortable and adequate for our needs. We did not expect to have such an incredible view!! Of course being downtown, the area was very busy, but we felt safe and comfortable.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. There are 2 great restaurants on site that are so much better than regular hotel restaurants. Parking is convenient and affordable. The rooms and views are fantastic.
