The only thing that makes this place nice is the staff which is very cordial and attentive, the hotel itself needs a facelift and a prompt remodel is very dated there are better places around for the same o better price, the bed comforter was stained with make up from previous guest I believe they never changed the sheets.

Great staff and great location!
Great stay! Everyone was very friendly and courteous. We had a small issue with our reservation but the front desk manager handled it professionally and efficiently. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We’ve stayed here many times and love the location.

They had a wine opener and an HDMI cord that I needed. I love this hotel! It's withing walking distance of so many places. I'm always afraid that hotels will have mold, so I was very pleased to smell a mold free environment.

Very clean hotel and the staff super friendly and willing to help. Continental breakfast was good with a large variety. Enjoyed being so close and within walking distance to many of the attractions, venues and bars.

This hotel was located perfectly for what we needed (passport office) and we felt safe. Parking was excellent and not excessively priced. Room was a suite, staff was very accomodating and assisted with printing a document for us that we had forgotten.
