Good experience overall. Front desk was efficient but not perky/cheerful (compared to the other places stayed previously on this particular trip). Room seemed clean though shower (and door) appearance seemed a bit rough in appearance (may have been clean but showed some wear and tear). Room had carpet so not sure how clean (but no musty smell). AC/Heat worked very well. Bed and pillows worked well for us. Good size room. Hallways, elevator & stairs all seemed clean and smelled good (no musty or cigarette smell). Lobby was spacious and tasteful. Breakfast was fine & on par with other places we stayed (eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, yogurt). Surrounding area was actually pretty nice and felt safe.

I enjoyed the digital key service, the fact that we were able to choose our room, even the floor. The free parking was also a plus. The stuff was amazing, the housekeeper as well. On the down side it was a bit outdated, but for that price it was perfect.

A nice hotel
The room was a nice size. I wish it was a little bigger but it is what it is. The shower has cracks in them. It had ring rust & a little bit of paint came off. The trash cans could’ve been a little bit bigger. The toilet handle I had to hold it about 3 seconds in preset to flush it all the way. The other things were fine & they were working.
