The room are dusty, cleaning stuff and front desk non friendly. I asked if the room can be vacuum because of how dusty the room was, they never did it. Any questions just annoyed them. The only cordial staff member was the guy driving the shuttle van.

Hot water was not hot enough and pressure on the low side. You could hear noise from a room across the hall - had to use my earplugs. The breakfast wasn’t ready by 6:30, not even by 7. Forgot to cook the oatmeal. The offerings for $9 was quite similar to what is provided as a free breakfast at other hotels. The bed was comfortable and the room clean.

Soap dispenser in shower was empty. Battery died in door lock. Sliding bathroom door got jammed with me and my wife inside with no way to contact anyone for help. My wife couldn’t open and it took me several tries with lots of effort to get it open. Unsafe design.

I was stuck in Atlanta and needed a place to stay. I found the staff unfriendly and not willing to help in a difficult situation. Hotel rooms were not comfortable. No charm.

Drinks and food are over priced at the bar but this is how they make their money. Bar is very trendy and I love the decor. Rooms are clean and small. I only stay when I'm catching a flight out of Atlanta they have a shuttle bus and you can pay to park in their lot long term.
