The property from an external view looks amazing. However, our bathroom and bedding was totalling unacceptable. The sheets had dried blood stains, the tub had rust stains, the floor and counter in the bathroom has small roaches or someother insects crawling around after the lights went off. The customer sevice was a zero as well. We asked for the bedding to be removed and beds to be made up prior to the other issues during early evening, then went out for dinner. We walked into the room and the fresh bed sheets were simply placed on the counter for us to change out. I/we have stayed at previously at Embassy Suites around the USA and this is the worst experience we had at any other location and any other hotel. Warning check out your room for cleaniliness prior to settling in!!!

Was pretty good. Had to ask for soap and blankets and stuff for the pull out a couple of times before we got it. But overall stay was good. Place was clean, breakfast was mainly just good at the omelette bar and that took awhile. Elevators were sketchy at times. I would stay again just based on how clean and friendly the staff were.

The front desk staff was great. I was traveling with pets, and the desk clerk directed me to the road for dog. It was a dog area, that we just happened upon. My room was really nice, but when I looked under the bed, It was a used Starbucks cup underneath and flower petals from a previous guest, including other things. Let's me know that housekeeping is not so through. Breakfast was great and are was quiet. A really good experience. I would recommend and also go again.
