Slow Understaffed- but friendly
Airport pick up very slow. Many other hotels shuttles very responsive. Checkin very slow. Only 1 very nice staff member available with a line of people waiting for their rooms. Very understaffed.

Booked thru Expedia… suite for 3. They assigned us the smallest space in the hotel even though I am a Hilton honor member. Spoke to Victoria who made it all right. Our initial contact person was not customer friendly at all.
