When I booked my room, I asked for two queen beds in the corner suite. When I arrive, they told me they did not have the room available, but they could accommodate me in a king suite in a pullout bed. I told them that was not acceptable and magically the room I originally requested was available. Not quite sure what that was about but the host at check-in could use some customer service training. Everyone in valet and the host at checkout was amazing and very nice.

I reserved rooms for 8 guests. All enjoyed their stay and expressed positive comments about the staff. One had a couple of dirty towels in his room when he entered for the first time, but the staff was quick to correct and offer an apology.
