Your late-night service staff checking us in doesn't belong working with public. Tanika was her name. She seemed surprised and bothered that we were there at 11:30PM at night after a long drive that day. And paying $25 for parking was horribly ridiculous. We're scratching this hotel location off our trip maps.

We had a great stay. Friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing, they have an omelette station where you get fresh made to order eggs any style and delicious omelettes. Complimentary evening reception was a plus. There are some dated furniture in the lobby they could improve, same in the rooms. Good location easy to get in and out. In overall good stay!

I love this property. The staff were amazing. It was my birthday and the manager had all the employees sing happy birthday to me. It really made my day. The bartender my Scorpio friend was so friendly and kind. I will always stay at this location when I visit. My room was clean as well!!!

The property is ok, very clean in the lobby and gym area, but the rooms are very old. The sofa bed was failing apart, the mattress is very old, and i can feel the mattress springs and see lots of stains. The sofa is so old that is also failing apart. The table screws were losses, and one side almost fell. The drawers were very old also, it can fully open or closed properly.

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Airport and had an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and they made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I could ask for, including [mention specific amenities like a mini-fridge, coffee maker, or great view]. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept better than I have in a long time! Great place for birthday sleepovers.
It was my granddaughters 8th birthday and we hosted a sleeping over with six 7 & 8 year olds. It was very busy weekend at the hotel but they handled it seamlessly.

What can possibly top the Hilton Embassy in Atlant
It was absolutely amazing This was my first Embassy stay. perfectly Clean, and the best place to relax and work. I really enjoyed it and would love to try a similar Hilton Property and see how it compares I was in room 142 and I think it may be the nicest room on property

My son slept on the sofa bed and a roach was crawling on his face.. He slept in the chair the rest of the night.. My daughter took pictures of a roach in the shower with her.. I have pictures, we stayed in room 113 and this was just a week ago.. I called the front desk the young lady said she would have management reach out, I haven’t heard anything back from them…
