Great Sleep!
We love this hotel. We’ve stayed many times now to move our nephews into GATech. It’s located perfectly, the beds are dreamy, the noise level is silent and the blackout curtains really work. We will definitely continue to stay here every time we come to ATL. Highly recommend.

Booked this stay, drove 6+ hours and arrived at 10:30pm to check in, received the wrong room, went back to desk and they did not have the room I booked and paid for. I have attempted to reach out to the manager multiple times, have yet to hear back on the refund for not only the booking of $218, but also the $50 deposit and parking garage fees. I would never recommend Element to anyone traveling to Atlanta.

Overall, we had a lovely experience! The suite we had was outstanding! The only issue was the heaviness of the doors. You couldn’t open and close them without it being loud. We got a noise complaint for an issue that we couldn’t help. Also, while breakfast was solid, the line for the hot food was beyond ridiculous. The cooks need more help or the hot food needs a redesign.
